I liked that it said Billy B. Brown didn't want to play soccer.  Everyone called her a soccer star!  It was about how she learnt to play soccer.

Whatever After series by Sarah Mlynowski

I really Whatever After because the books are really exciting.  Like in one book after Abby and Johnah step through their magic mirror they stop Snow White from eating the poison apple and totally mess up the real Snow White's tale!
